What Is The Community Impact Team?
The goal of the Community Impact Team is to work alongside the Hilltop administrative team to help plan and support opportunities that bring families together — from celebrations and fundraisers to learning and community events. They bring the voices and ideas of our parent community and help create a warm, welcoming sense of connection and belonging across Hilltop.
Interested In Joining?
If you are interested in joining the CIT, please reach out to Anita directly at Anita.Zhen@hilltopcc.org. We’d love for more Hilltop families to get involved and be part of the CIT! It’s a wonderful opportunity to get involved, share your ideas, and help shape the family events and experiences that bring our community together. We would especially like to welcome families from Nest (Infant), Rainbow (toddlers), Seattle Preschool Program, and Otters (school-age) to be part of the CIT team! Please feel free to sign-up even if you see another team member from your own learning community. We would love to have more insight from our Hilltop families!
Benefits of Joining:
-
1 Free PNO per school year
-
Priority Access to sports, games & activities
For any other questions or ideas you'd like to share, please contact the CIT directly: CIT@hilltopcc.org. Messages will be responded to by a member of the CIT.

Leilei Xiong, Tahoma Learning Community
My daughter Lanna (Atlanta) is so excited to join the Tahoma Learning Community this year! Since starting in the Rainbow Learning Community in June 2025, she has blossomed thanks to Hilltop's incredible staff and supportive community. I’m excited to return for my second year on the Community Impact Team and can't wait for all the great events we have lined up for the new school year. Professionally I manage an energy trading team, and in my free time, you can usually find me cycling, skiing, or hiking with my partner Travis and our dogs Loki and Hazel.

Erin Mintz, Woodland Learning Community
My twins are members of the Woodland Learning Community and have thrived at Hilltop since they were 2 years old. When I'm not traveling, reading, crafting or biking with my husband and these little adventure buddies, I work in fundraising for a non-profit here in Seattle. I love being a member of the Community Impact Team and getting to help shape the ways that our families come together to support one another and our wonderful teachers and staff.
